There are several differences between VanGogh's paintings and Morandi's paintings. There choice in hues show the mood they were trying to portray in their objects. The man made objects use colder white and greys, but the flowers which have much more detail use warmer colors that would be seen in nature.

I agree that there are many colors used in nature.
I agree that the warmer colors are used to make details especially in the flowers
